Sir Thomas Wheate, 1st Baronet

Sir Thomas Wheate, 1st Baronet (6 September 1667 – 25 August 1721) was an English politician who was the Member of Parliament for Woodstock from 1690 to 1695 and from 1708 to 1721.
He lived at Glympton Park, near Woodstock
He was Member of Parliament for Woodstock. He was Storekeeper of the Ordnance in 1717. High sheriff of Oxfordshire 1696.
He was buried at Glympton, Oxfordshire as was his wife, Anne Sawbridge. He was created a baronet and was succeeded in the baronetcy by Thomas Wheate.
