This file, SiouxFallsSeal1.jpg, depicts the seal of the City of Sioux Falls. I, (AlexiusHoratius) believe that it qualifies as fair use for the following reasons:

1. The seal represents the government and city of Sioux Falls, and is for use in an informative article about Sioux Falls.
2. As the seal is likely under copyright, no free image exists.
3. The image appears to be low-resolution.
