Hi. Welcome to wikipedia. Thanks for uploading Image:Newavatar2sj.gif. Unfortunately, that image is copyrighted. Wikipedia is building a free encyclopedia, so we generally can't accomodate copyrighted content. In few cases we allow copyrighted works under the doctrine of fair use, but this clearly isn't a qualifying image. So I'm afraid I'm going to have to delete the image.
