Sino Land Company Limited (SEHK: 83,OTCBB: SNLAY) is one of the leading property companies in Hong Kong, a member of Sino Group owned by Singaporean Ng Teng Fong family.[1]It is mainly engaged in real estate development for sales and investment.[2]

It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1981. In 1995, it became a constituent stock of the Hang Seng Index (blue chip stock).[3]
