Singor A. Mobley (born October 12, 1972 in Tacoma, Washington, U.S.) is a former Canadian Football League linebacker.

Mobley played college football at Washington State University.

Mobley first joined the Edmonton Eskimos in 1995 and after two seasons headed south and was one of just three rookies to crack the Dallas Cowboys line-up in 1997. He spent three seasons with the Cowboys before returning to the Eskimos in 2000. In all, Mobley played 158 games over nine seasons with the Eskimos, before retiring in 2007.
