While I am not a legal expert, during a quick read through the PSI license (PDF version available here) shows that it is not fully compliant with the GNU Free Documentation License in that PSI restricts reuse for advertising or promotional purposes. As all submissions to Wikipedia must be compliant with the GFDL and PSI does not appear to meet this requirement, you have two options for this article. This first is to obtain permission to release the text under the GFDL. Please see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for additional information on this option.
