I have cleaned up and wikified this article somewhat, but still have concerns over the tone of the text and the notability of the subject - possibility of it being a vanity article. Initially I assumed the infodump style could be potential copyvio, however as the subject of the article appears to be original author of the page, copyright can probably be assumed to have been released.
