It might be helpful to add a "how to simmer" section.


Where does this crap come from: "The term "simmering" was originally used by the Native Americans, coming from simero 'to bubble or froth'"? I've been looking for a while, and any source that supplies the same etymology sites wikipedia as its source (if there is a source).
