Simon Buckley

Simon Buckley (born 18 April 1987) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League.

Taken at pick 53 in the 2005 AFL Draft, Buckley was recruited from the Sandringham Dragons TAC Cup club.

The 190cm, 87kg midfielder debuted in Round 14 (8th July) of the 2007 AFL season against Carlton Football Club and kicked his first league goal in round 16. He has improved in the 2008 season, racking up a career high 24 disposals in round 8.
