Simon Austin (born 9 October 1966 in Melbourne, Victoria) is an Australian guitarist, songwriter, producer and sound engineer, and the founding member of Frente, a band he formed in Melbourne, Australia in 1989 with Angie Hart on vocals, Tim O'Connor on bass and Mark Picton on drums.
Simon is the grandson of Jack Austin
