Simeon Williamson

Simeon Williamson (born 16 January 1986) is an English sprinter who specializes in the 100 metres.

In 2007 he became European Athletics U23 Championships champion in the 100 m where he clocked a personal best of 10.10 seconds. He beat fellow brit Craig Pickering in a British 1-2. He also won the silver at the European Junior Championships in 2005, 1/100th of a second behind Pickering, to be part of a British 1-2-3 (Alex Nelson was the third athlete). He won the 100 m race at the 2007 Summer Universiade.

In 2008 he finished seventh in 60 metres at the World Indoor Championships.

Williamson, a native of London, is also a second cousin of British high jumper Germaine Mason. He runs for the club Highgate Harriers.
