The northbound Simeon Willis Memorial Bridge, which connects Ashland, Kentucky with Ohio near Coal Grove.

Photo taken by me on 2007-08-28, during the repainting of the Ben Williamson Memorial Bridge (visible at far left), when one lane of the Willis Bridge carried southbound traffic.
