S2 is a planned mixed-use development project in Zirakpur, Punjab, India.

The site is 3 km from Chandigarh, 2 km from Panchkula and 3 km from the Chandigarh Airport. This stretch of the National Highway is being expanded to a 6-lane highway by GMR Group.

The project commencement is expected in 2010.
