Simon Waldock (born on July 17, 1991) is an English filmmaker. He currently attends Ackworth School and is in the Sixth Form.

simon.waldock.org, the official website created by Simon Waldock began around 2001. It had basic content such as animations that have developed along with the site. After this, the site went through several different designs before settling on a simple white-based one that made it easy to get around any page of the site. The site now features movies and photos as the main attractions. Photos included are those mainly of school trips and events.

An aspiring camera operator and director, Simon enjoys making movies in his spare time. They are either fictional story-based ones or music videos of school events. Fictional ones include the Pete and Sunny: Through the Ages series, and music videos include Come Up And See Me. There are also a series of movies based around Simon's trips on the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, of which he is currently preparing for the Gold Award. The video for the Silver Award was 30 minutes long.
Recently Simon began work with a new film club that was set up at the school. He filmed, co-directed and edited the film, entitled Semantics, created by the club which was entered into the Bridge Film Festival held at Brooklyn Friends School in New York. The competition took place on Saturday April 12 2008 and Simon, along with other members of the film club, attended. Their film did not win but was rated highly by the judges.
