Siggi31 is of viking descent, originally from Southeast Iceland, Siggi31 now resides in Reykjavík where he is a student at The University of Iceland, studying geography. Siggi31 has always been enthusiastic about languages, and speaks English at a near native level. He studied German for two years in secondary school, and Danish has been an integer part of his life since 1998. With that Danish background, Siggi31 believes he can in most parts understand both Swedish and Norwegian, and is also able to read Faroese, although spoken Faroese sounds like Chinese in his ears. Siggi31 mostly contributes on the Icelandic Wikipedia and is also trying to contribute and fix up some Iceland related articles.
