Sigrid Fick (March 28, 1887 - June 4, 1979) was a female tennis player from Sweden.
She competed at the 1912 Summer Olympics in Stockholm (Sweden) and won a silver medal in the mixed indoor doubles tournament. She also won a bronze medal in the mixed doubles event (both medals won with Gunnar Setterwall).
