Signe Marie Stray Ryssdal

Signe Marie Stray Ryssdal (born 22 July 1924 in Arendal) is a Norwegian lawyer, and a Supreme Court lawyer since 1960.

She is also a politician for the Liberal Party, serving as a deputy representative to the Norwegian Parliament from Oslo from 1965 to 1973. Her political career ended with the post of County Governor of Aust-Agder 1983–1994

She acted as chairman of the board of Rikstrygdeverket from 1968 to 1980.

Signe Ryssdal was married to Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Rolv Ryssdal (died 1998).
