Signal Brigade is a Serbian military unit formed on 30 October 2006 s part of SAF reform, comprising units of 398th regiment and 235th stationary signal unit. The main task of the Brigade is establishing and maintaining the stationary signal systems on the whole territory of Serbia. Brigade Command HQ is located at Banjica, while its subordinate units are based in garrisons and detached establishments all over Serbia.

- joint command over the signaling system of Serbia

- integrating signaling systems with other owners of telecommunication systems
- developing signaling systems
- drawing up plans for setting up signal bases

- proposing the deployment, modernization and renewing of units and equipment
- providing telecommunications support of SAF units as part of the civil authorities support mission in countering non-military security threats.
