-refers to a beach town in Asturias, Spain: San Pelayo de Sienra
-refers to a large family that originated in Spain that emigrated to other areas of the world, especially Uruguay. There are still many members of the Sienra family that reside in Spain but the majority now reside in Uruguay, especially in the country's capital of Montevideo. Many of these relatives arrived to the port of Montevideo, Uruguay in the 1770s.
