[edit] Sheinberg vs. Nintendo

I added info about Sheinberg's dealings with Nintendo. I'm interested to see if it meets Wiki's criteria for properly cited controversal material (I linked to Sheff's book and the main article about the case). If anybody knows a way to be "more neutral", please let me know.
