Sian Evans (born October 9, 1973) is a UK singer/songwriter, and member of the band Kosheen.

Evans was only daughter to Andrew Powell and Brenda Evans. She was born in Caerphilly, South Wales.[citation needed]

Sian was invited to sing on songs written by Markee Substance and Darren Decoder in 1998[1] and Kosheen was formed.
