Template talk:SI acceptable units

I discovered this template attempted to include several caption rows in one table; this was unsuccessful. I repaired it by breaking it into four tables. Also, this is used in the article Non-SI units accepted for use with SI, so I added a reference section to that article that points to a NIST publication that is very similar, thougth not identical, to this template.
