Shurat HaDin, Israel Law Center (ILC), founded in 2003, is an Israel-based non-profit legal organization, whose stated purpose is to "combat terrorism and promote civil rights through research, education[1] and litigation[2]." Inspired by the Southern Poverty Law Center in the United States, which used civil litigation to cripple the Ku Klux Klan, the lawyers of Shurat HaDin have helped hundreds of Israeli terror victims file civil suits against Palestinian terror groups and their financial patrons [3].

Shurat HaDin is based in Ramat Gan, near Tel Aviv.
