[edit] Summary

Text reads: Currency [of the] Shunzhi [era]

Old Chinese coin made during the reign of Shunzhi Emperor (1644-1661) in Qing Dynasty. The coin has a hole in it so buyers and sellers could place a certain number of coins on a rope rather than counting them out one by one.

Scanned by Grutness who released it into public domain.
