Shrek Surgery is a children's game based on the Shrek movie franchise created by Dreamworks Animation. The gameplay consists of removal and replacement of oddities on a plasic Shrek head in a specified order in a cooperative fashion between players. The game is manufactured by MGA Entertainment.
