The charismatic and popular priest, Fr Conceicao da Silva from Mandur Parish a very popular Catholic priest from Orlim.

FR. CONCEICAO AND HIS RETREAT Mandur, a little further than Pilar is a small but beautiful place.Since his coming to Mandur Fr.Conceicao has totally changed the outlook of this Village by conducting Retreat every Friday and also performing healing services. People flock there in thousands not onlyChristians but also from other religions every Friday and receive abundance blessings from God. The Friday service starts in the morning and last for over 4 hours. Friday service is conducted by a team of people headed by Fr. Conceicao

Nossa Senhora do Amparo (Our Lady of Refuge) Church in Mandur village near Old Goa where the popular Catholic preacher, Fr Conceisao D'Silva, holds well attended Friday prayer services. The church built some time in 1710 has Mannerist Neo-Roman style
