A nature program said this animal was voted to be the 'ugliest animal on earth.' Should I say this in the article? AbsoluteZero255 01:20, 29 October 2007 (UTC)
- Who on earth would say that a Shoebill was ugly? I find them to be fascinating. However, if you can cite the nature program, feel free to add it to the article. Rufous-crowned Sparrow 01:23, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Can it fly?
The article makes no mention of whether this is a flightless bird or not, except for the mention of a possible flightless fossil ancestor. Anybody care to find/add that info? 62.219.163.100 (talk) 11:30, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
- It can fly. I'll see if I can slip it in- generally I think it is assumed that birds can fly unless otherwise stated. Rufous-crowned Sparrow (talk) 12:24, 3 January 2008 (UTC)
