The Shovelnose Salamander (Desmognathus marmoratus) is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is endemic to the United States.
Its natural habitats are temperate forests, rivers, intermittent rivers, and freshwater springs. It is threatened by habitat loss.
