Shout It Out is a 7" vinyl single released by Kingpin from their Welcome To Bop City album in 1987. When the band later changed their name Shotgun Messiah, they released a re-recorded version of this tune on their 1989 self-titled debut album, and it became a minor hit in the U.S.
