[edit] On border or not?

Is Shkhara exactly on the border with Russia or not? My source seems to imply that it is, but it doesn't say explicitly. Also, could it be slightly higher than Dykh-Tau, and thus #2 in the Caucasus? -- Spireguy 03:22, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

It is on the border. Allowing for measurement error margin, it could possibly be higher than Dykh-tau (5204m). But the evidence for 5201m is not conclusive, it may be only 5158m. Viewfinder 04:13, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
