SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better -- thanks for helping.

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from ForteTuba, SuggestBot's caretaker.

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Stanley River.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Stanley River.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by STBotI. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 02:53, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

If it isn't too much to ask, could you possibly consider uploading you free/self made images to commons:, so people on other projects can use them? It makes things a lot easier for everyone. Cheers, dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) 08:25, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
No, it makes perfect sense, that's fine. I think that was me who moved one of your other images...the best thing to do if you don't want the En copy deleted is to add {{NoCommons}} to it. The image is still available in your deleted contributions (for admins) and in your upload logs, and when I transfer to Commons I watchlist the images there, in case the are nominated for deletion or anything.
Sorry for the bother, and thanks for replying. Cheers, dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) 10:35, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:Algorhythmcdcover.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Algorhythmcdcover.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's escription page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

This is an automated notice by FairuseBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. --08:26, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

Done. :) dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) 08:31, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Callide Power Station, Queensland

I found some references at Google News and added them to Callide Power Station, Queensland. --Eastmain (talk) 05:08, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

  • Thanks for your reply. The AccessMyLibrary articles that I cited come with a free preview, and you only have to log in if you need to see the full text. I prefer to use references that are available for free over the Internet, but sometimes no such references are available and in those cases I list references that require payment or those that are available only in print (particularly in the case of historical subjects). This applies only to references; I do not include pay sites in external links.
  • Even if your city's library does not participate in AccessMyLibrary, it may make certain news indexes and databases available free of charge through its web site to anyone with a card from that library. Even if you are reluctant to use the information obtained that way as a reference, it can be useful as background. So please talk to your library about databases of newspaper and magazine articles that can be accessed either at the library or from your home free of charge.
  • Does the university from which you graduated provide free access to its library and the library's databases to its alumni? If so, then you have access to even more sources of information that can serve as references. --Eastmain (talk) 15:04, 18 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Tirari

I am not an oggle enthusiast - and you might find stuff on it - but somewhere like NLA suggest you are a bit optimistic - theres not much specifically on a straight check http://catalogue.nla.gov.au/Search/Home?lookfor=tirari+desert&type=all&filter%5B%5D=&submit=Find cheers SatuSuro 04:22, 3 June 2008 (UTC) Best of luck with it all - and hey the desert arts sure attract some weird and wonderful vndls! [edit] Murrumbidgee River is new ACOTF

[edit] Toora Wind Farm

Hi, just letting you know about the 'move' option on the top of every page. It is best to use this is it keeps the history of who contributed to an article there, rather than just copy and pasting things across. It is a mistake you just do once - I did it once upon a time as well. ;-)

The page is sitting at Toora Wind Farm, Victoria (Australia) at the moment, it won't let me move it to Toora Wind Farm as it the page already existed. The others are all just redirects. Wongm (talk) 03:44, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

Hi, I have replied on my talk page. I don't think we will be able to convince each other on the merits of the proposal however. Thanks, Mattinbgn\talk 09:26, 12 June 2008 (UTC)
