The first paragraph says Shigeo played for the Giants for 13 years, the second for 17. Which is correct?

The article's tone needs to be changed from that of a fan to that of a reporter. As it is, it sounds more like a tribute than a neutral article. ···日本穣^{? · Talk to Nihonjoe} 00:25, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

I'd have to agree with all three tags. It's not very good English for a start, there are no sources and (like 95% of the baseball biographies I read on here) it comes across as biassed. Mglovesfun 23:20, 22 September 2006 (UTC)
