Shirley Jones Handicap

The Shirley Jones Breeders' Cup Handicap is a race for Thoroughbred horses. run at Gulfstream Park each year and is open to filles and mares age four-years-old and up, willing to race seven furlongs on the dirt.
The Grade II Shirley Jones offers a purse of $200,000 and is named for the racing mare, Shirley Jones, herself named for the Broadway and film actress, Shirley Jones.
