In 2006 The Boys Basketball 7th grade Team won their conference and finished 5th place in the annual West Junior High Basketball Tournament.
Scholar Bowl at Shiloh has had an outstanding record of 14-1 since 2005.

In 2005 Shiloh Middle School opened to the public and separated from Shiloh Village School which at one point had been k-8 but is now the elementary school which is k-4.
