Shibganj (Bengali: শিবগঞ্জ (বগুড়া)) is an Upazila of Bogra District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Shibganj is located at . It has 63,721 households, and a total area of 315.33 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Shibganj has a population of 312,773. Males constitute 51.39% of the population, and females 48.61%. This Upazila's population over the age of eighteen is 162,646. Shibganj has an average literacy rate of 24.1% (7+ years). The national average is 32.4% literacy. [2]
