The image is felt to be fair use as:

1. The image is of a much lower resolution than an original photograph (copies will be of a very inferior quality).
2. Its inclusion in the article in no way limits any copyright owners rights to market the image.
3. Its used solely for informational purposes.
4. Its inclusion adds significantly to the article by illustrating the subject's appearance before and after the plastic surgery that shaped his career and for which he is very well known.
