I don't intend to set forth any specific recall procedure, but will not entertain frivolous demands to abdicate my position. If a sufficient number of established editors indicate their dissatisfaction with my performance, I will initiate a voluntary RFC to seek broader input. If the RFC shows that a majority of respondents agree with the complaints, I will then voluntarily request a withdrawal of my user rights as an administrator.

I am intentionally leaving certain things vague, such as "sufficient number" and "established editors". I may consider a single request by a respected, long-established editor sufficient to initiate the RFC, whereas I may require several (5 or so) similar requests from newer users who do not have a history of experience with Wikipedia policy.
