sheeldz is a Wikipedian from Thornliebank/Kelvindale in Glasgow and currently is liveing in Aberdeen, both of which are in Scotland, which is in turn part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He is a Chemical Engineer, who work in the Oil and Gas industry, working Offshore on an Oil Rig in the Forties oil field. He used to be a Scout leader for the 28th Glasgow (Giffnock) Scout Troop.

He enjoys playing Drums, reading Douglas Adams, Ed McBain and writing his blog.
