Sherpur (Bengali: শেরপুর) is an Upazila of Bogra District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.

Sherpur is located at . It has 45258 units of house hold and total area 296.27 km².

As of 1991 Bangladesh census[1], Sherpur has a population of 229005. Males constitute are 50.89% of the population, and females 49.11%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 122513. Sherpur has an average literacy rate of 23.6% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate. [2]
