Sherman Irby (born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama) is a jazz alto saxophonist. He is a formerly a member of Roy Hargrove's band and is currently the lead alto sax player for the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra. He has had albums for Blue Note Records[1]
