Sherbourne Conference Centre

The Sherbourne Conference Centre is found in the Eastern Caribbean country of Barbados. It is located just outside of the capital city Bridgetown, in the area of Two Mile Hill, Saint Michael.

First opened in 1994, the building has a total of over 164,000 sq ft (15,200 m²). of meeting space and is made up of areas that can be subdivided for various events holding small meetings between of 50-1200 persons Theatre Style. The building is also serviced by the most advanced telecommunications facilities available on the island including direct fibre optic cable access, A microwave receiving and transmitting link, a hospitality lounge with teleconferencing, internet access, audio and visual recording and editing suites, a business center, and a multi-purpose outdoor gazebo. Sherbourne Conference Centre is Also equipped with the latest technology in Building security.

Owned by the Government of Barbados, and managed by the Barbados Conference Services Limited (BCSL) the facility is located minutes away from the hotels on the Southeast coast of Barbados, as well as a fifteen minute drive away from the Grantley Adams International Airport(GAIA).

The Barbados government also boasts having a bilateral taxation agreement with the United States where conference events can be held at the Sherbourne Conference Centre with savings to the event.
