Sheets Peak

Sheets Peak () is a peak over 1,800 m, standing 1 mile (1.6 km) northwest of Koopman Peak on the north side of Wisconsin Range. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Joseph D. Sheets, journalist on U.S. Navy Operation Deepfreeze 1965, 1966 and 1967.
