[edit] Royal Bengal Airline

Hi Shaz,

I see you've removed the announcement about RBA's purchase of their first aircraft from the article. I realise it's from a press release but it has been widely reported in the Bengali papers and on Channel S news. I therefore believe it is valid for this information to be included in the article, particularly as it will be a historical record of RBA's launch as an airline.

I will re-instate the paragraph but will remove the press release reference and cite a YouTube video of the Channel S news extract.

[edit] RBA trademark info

Re: edit summary on Royal Bengal Airline:

After contacting Lawdit Solicitors whom have carried out the IP registering, they stated such information is strictly not public information untill resolved by legal means

The information is clearly in the public domain, since it's available freely from the UK IPO, so I find it difficult to understand the assertion from the solicitors. There are no allegations being made in the article either way and no inferences being drawn from the registration of the trademarks. I can only imagine that the guilty party (if there is one) would not want this information coming out into the public domain and particularly the press. However, I think it is necessary for the investors to be informed of the truth behind this issue as IP litigation is very costly and would certainly eat into their investment.

However, I shall refer this issue to the airlines project and will go with the consensus of more experienced editors as to whether this information can be presented in the article.
