Shake-A-Pudding This creamy confection was born in the early 1970's in the United States. Shake-A-Pudding was an instant pudding mix consisting of a dry powder, that came in a plastic container resembling a drinking glass. After loosening the lid, you would pour in a cup of milk, replace the lid, and "shake the Dickens" out of the cup until the milk and dry powder reached the consistency of pudding!!! Delicious!!! Makes me wonder whatever happened to Space Food Sticks?
