What line? cyclosarin 03:21, 16 February 2007 (UTC)

"...what do you say I take you home and eat your p***y..." 210.7.4.48 12:13, 28 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] rewrite

I'm gonna start rewriting this. It's written in a terrible manner, and more than half the article is original research and unsourced. DurinsBane87 04:54, 5 September 2007 (UTC)

This is hilarious, it almost makes me want to go out and hire the movie lol ..

How could it not be original research? Isn't the idea of movies to watch them yourselves to find out what happens? Are you sugessting that only someone who hasn't watched the movie can write the article? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.228.26.221 (talk) 18:48, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

I was actually refering to the half a page at the bottom that was talking about why the editor who wrote the article liked it so much. I removed most if not all of that.DurinsBane87 19:00, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

And why is the above-mentioned line (nor the sex scene that follows it for that matter) mentioned in the article? It is, after all, probably the most famous thing about this movie, and I don't see how you can write a detailed plot summary without the love interest anyway. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 140.228.26.221 (talk) 18:55, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

I can't add to the plot because I haven't seen it, I merely cut away all the shit that didnt belong. The line itself doesn't get mention because your claim that it's the most famous part of the movie is unproven. DurinsBane87 19:00, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

I could be wrong about this, but according to Barrowman's autobiography, Anything Goes, the line in actual fact is not "eat your p****" but instead "watch 'I Love Lucy'". Could be wrong... QuietusExtraho (talk) 18:25, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Have you seen the movie? He says it. The original line was different, Barrowman ad-libbed it. Barrowman also speaks about the line in his recent appearance on Al Murray's Happy Hour. AtaruMoroboshi (talk) 18:30, 8 April 2008 (UTC)

Haven't seen it, hence why I said I could be wrong. But I apologise. I knew he ad-libbed it, but it was meant to be removed with ADR, they kept it in. It was the TV version that he had to dub over for it, and hence said "Watch, 'I Love Lucy'". QuietusExtraho (talk) 23:34, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

May be right. I recall hearing something about it. If it's in his bio, and can be sourced, this information could be added to the article, but it seems slightly trivial. You'd have to find a way to adequately integrate it with the article. AtaruMoroboshi (talk) 23:38, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

It is rather trivial and, looking through the article, I can't see anywhere, that it would fit without bringing the quality of the article down. I was enquiring because of the mentions of the line within the article itself. QuietusExtraho (talk) 16:01, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
