Shawn Terry Cox (b.December-26, 1974 ) is a boxer from Barbados best known for participating in the 2000 Olympics and for winning gold 2002 and silver at the Boxing at the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games at light heavyweight.

1.84/6'0' southpaw Cox competed at the Olympics in Sydney 2000 but ran right into one of the favorites in Frenchman John Dovi and lost 10:14. At the Commonwealth Games 2002 and 2006 and bote the PanAm Games 2003 and 2007 he lost in the first round.
He won the 2002 Caribbean Games against Ramiro Reducindo 15:14, benefitting from the absence of Cuba. At the 2006 Central American Games he reached the final where he lost to Cuban Yusiel Napoles.
