Dr. Sharon Sookdeo Drost is a graduate of the Stanford University School of Medicine. She completed her internship in internal medicine and her residency in neurology and psychiatry at Stanford Medical Center. Additionally, Dr. Drost was the Chief Resident in Neurology at Stanford Medical Center, and has experience teaching Neurological diagnosis and treatment to Stanford medical students, interns, and residents.
Dr. Drost is a comprehensive adult neurologist, with special interests in multiple sclerosis, headache, and stroke. She has published 17 peer-reviewed academic medical papers, and holds one U.S. patent in the field of Neurology. Dr. Drost is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. She is presently an associate with the South Bay Neurology Associates, a four-physician private practice in Los Gatos, California.
