"Shake It" is the third single from pop group, Metro Station. The song has become a top twenty hit on the Billboard Hot 100, and to date it is the band's only charted single. It has so far sold 430,185 digital downloads.[citation needed]

The music video for the song "Shake It" was inspired by many fans who created their own versions of the video, 63 of which the band posted as a playlist on their YouTube account. The song features the four band members as they enter a theater. Once inside the theater, they perform the song while various dancers compete against each other around them. The video ends with the police entering the theater and forcing everyone out.
