Shake! is a television programming block on Five, which debuted in 2000, and it is shown on weekdays and Sundays from 9a.m. to Midday respectively. It is shown on Saturdays from 2005. The block of programming has previously been known as The Core and Milkshake! FM.
Five recently removed the Shake! block from its schedules. [1]
