Shahlaa Riahi (in Persian: شهلا ریاحی), Actress, Born September 1926, Tehran, Iran. Started stage acting from 1944 and first appeared in cinema with 'Golden Dreams' (1951, M. Fekri). She is the first female director of the country who directed a feature, 'Mardjan' (1956). Her career as a film actress includes more than 72 features, mostly as mother roles.
